Rates: 9% sale tax (6% PA + 3% Monroe County) will be added. All prices/ fees subject to change without notice prior to signing contract. Security deposit of half the rental fee required - will be returned within two weeks after inspection of rental property.
We do not charge a cleaning fee so we ask that you leave it in the same condition that you found it. This helps to keep our rates down since we don't have to pay our cleaner more than the average change over rate.
If we do have to pay for additional cleaning - a minimum of $100.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
First deposit - first reserved - Must be 25 years of age to rent (valid photo ID required); no smoking; no pets of any kind; and no parties - all are strictly enforced.
Fall - October 1 - November 20, 2011 - week/wkend $800/500
